Les Foughty from the OSFA spoke on OSFA Issues and fielded questions from the crowd.

1. Discuss and possibly take action on dealing with OSFA issues concerning termination of Local 2067 members from OSFA Committees.
   No Motion Made.
2. Discuss and possibly take action on proposed OSFA Constitutional Resolution.
   No Motion Made.
3. Discuss and possibly take action on supporting the Brent Hatcher Fund through OSFA.
   No Motion Made.
4. Discuss and possibly take action on contract language that determines cut-off date for new positions approved by City Council.
   Motion to allow Negotiation Team to pursue new contract language for the cutoff date for new positions to include 90 days prior to Contractor’s opening date of new station or delivery/activation of new unit unless otherwise agreed by Union and City.
