Minutes have been posted from the recent July 14 & 15, 2008 Union Meeting. Bobby Anderson was NOT present at either meeting and therefore was disqualified from accepting the $125.00 Door Prize. The "pot" moves to an unprecedented $150.00 at the next meeting! (Union Meeting...)

Minutes from the scheduled two-shift Union Meeting held on December 15-16, 2003 at 7:00 p.m. in the Midtown Plaza in the conference room.

Agenda Items/Minutes:
- Discuss and possibly take
action on having the Union fund the ordering of NFD-IAFF2067
Duffel Bags with the cost of the bags to be repaid to the Union
once the order is received by those who ordered them. Also,
discuss and/or take action on the type of logo and text to be
properly placed on the bags that may or may not add to the cost
of the bag. The current cost of these duffel bags are $50.00.
***Motion for Union to front money to purchase NFD-IAFF Duffel bags with the cost of the bags to be repaid to the Union once the order is received by those who ordered them.

action on sending two Delegates to the National IAFF Convention
(in August, 2004) to allow our 120 votes to be cast for Sandy
McGhee who is running for our IAFF District Vice President.
***Motion to send 2 Delegates to the National IAFF Convention in March 2004 in Boston to allow our 120 votes to be cast for Sandy Mcghee who is running for our IAFF District Vice Pres.

action on a ballot vote to implement a merit step system for the
paid Union positions.
***Motion for a ballot box vote to implement a merit step system for the paid union positions for acceptance (as presented at union meeting on 12/15/03).

action on what we may want to do to help the Kingfisher Fire
Department win a vote of the people on January 13, 2004.
