Union Meeting
Minutes have been posted from the recent July 14 & 15, 2008 Union Meeting. Bobby Anderson was NOT present at either meeting and therefore was disqualified from accepting the $125.00 Door Prize. The "pot" moves to an unprecedented $150.00 at the next meeting! (Union Meeting...)

FMLA Policy
February 18, 2005 - A "settlement" has been reached today prior to the opening arguments of today's Arbitration Hearing at City Hall. At issue in the settlement is highlighted with the following being said:
- "The City shall be entitled to designate any FMLA qualifying absence as FMLA leave." -and...
- "The City agrees to grand an additional twelve (12) weeks of leave without pay to IAFF members during the term of the existing collective bargaining agreement" as outlined in the agreement. This issue has been SETTLED and is now DROPPED. (See the above mentioned pre-arbitration Settlement...)
